Eshi are illustrators who work within various fields of Japan's pop culture, such as manga, anime and games, all of which have become increasingly popular around the world.

This exhibition is an extended version of the "Eshi 100" show that was held in Tokyo's Akihabara district last fall, and it features drawings by 105 artists who have each created works under the theme of "Japan."

Events are also being held throughout the exhibition period, including talk sessions, autograph signings and live drawing by artists; till June 24.
