Chiba Lotte Marines manager Bobby Valentine isn't cheering for the Yomiuri Giants in the ongoing Japan Series.

"The Giants make a lot of money but don't put much of it back into the baseball world," former New York Mets manager Valentine was quoted as saying in the Nikkan Sports newspaper. "I don't feel like pulling for a team that just uses its money to assemble the best players."
