Cycling is poplar because anyone can ride a bicycle, unlike a car. Moreover, it doesn't produce carbon dioxide and we can enjoy it as exercise.
Making roads for bicycles is the best way to solve the matter of safety. But it is difficult to carry out such a plan right now because of the fiscal deficit.
What the government should do is encourage each person to pay more attention to cycling so that bicycle riders, pedestrians and drivers can coexist on the road.
