The T-shirt is wet. A dog's temperature rises while walking in summer, and the wet T-shirt is necessary to reduce body heat. If he does not wear it, there is the possibility of heat exhaustion. My doggy's fur is black, so dressing him in white is useful for reflecting the sunshine. I got this advice from an animal doctor. Of course, if possible, we avoid daytime walking. Many pet owners do carefully consider their doggies' health. A T-shirt is a sign of deep affection for their pets, not a fashion statement.
