Seven & I Holdings Co. says it will release clothing items under its Seven Premium private brand for the first time.
The major retailer said Monday it will sell about 200 items priced between ¥380 and ¥1,490, including body-warming inner wear, starting Wednesday under the brand, which has been mainly focused on food products and daily goods.
The products will be sold at some 14,600 stores in Japan operated by Seven & I and its group firms.
