Divers on Saturday found a second body at an oil refinery in Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, after an undersea tunnel collapsed last week, police said.

The victim was identified as Haruji Matori, 43. The body of another construction worker, 57-year-old Akihiro Minamitsubo, was recovered Friday. Three workers remain missing.

Divers found Matori's body while they were removing rubble from a shaft leading to the undersea tunnel, which is being built by Kajima Corp. at a JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corp. facility. The Okayama Prefectural Police are investigating the cause of Tuesday's accident and are analyzing drilling data provided by Kajima.
