Incubator Bank of Japan transferred some of its operations Monday, including deposits of up to ¥10 million and healthy loans, to a bridge bank that will take over the failed lender.

The Second Bridge Bank of Japan will take over the bank’s operations for up to three years until a stable rehabilitation sponsor can be found.

The failed bank’s bad loans will be sold to Resolution and Collection Corp.
