LONDON (Kyodo) The parents of slain British woman Lindsay Hawker have revealed the strain and frustration they endured during the 2 1/2-year investigation into their daughter’s death.

The family revealed during a recent TV documentary how they had to “beg” the police to go to the suspect’s apartment in the first few hours following Hawker’s disappearance.
