An advisory panel to the justice minister outlined legal revisions Friday to enable consumers and workers to file suits against foreign corporations in Japan more easily.

The subcommittee of the Legislative Council worked out the outline as part of efforts to cope with an increasing number of problems involving transactions through the Internet and employment contracts between people in Japan and foreign firms.
