Industrial output grew a seasonally adjusted 0.2 percent in March and rose an unadjusted 1.6 percent in fiscal 2005, the government said Wednesday in leaving the data unchanged from a preliminary report.
The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said the index of production at mines and factories registered a seasonably adjusted 103.7 in March against the base of 100 in 2000. The index stood at an unadjusted 102.1 in fiscal 2005.
