A 34-year-old man who headed the parent-teacher association of his daughter's elementary school was arrested Monday on suspicion of being involved in obscene acts with two girls from the school, investigators said.
Police identified the suspect as Katsuyoshi Tanaka, chairman of the PTA of the municipally run school in Tsu.
Tanaka has confessed, investigators said, quoting him as saying he liked to perform obscene acts on small girls.
