KITAKYUSHU – Climate experts at a recent seminar here stressed the need for more regional collaboration to address climate change.
During the four-day seminar held last week, some 50 participants from 18 countries and 13 organizations discussed the mechanisms of the 1997 Kyoto Protocol, among other issues. The countries included China, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam.
