MOSCOW – Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori and Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold talks on Nov. 15 in Brunei, on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum summit, Japanese officials said Thursday.
Putin and Foreign Minister Yohei Kono agreed on the schedule during their meeting at the Kremlin on Thursday, they said.
