OSAKA -- Prior to World No-Smoking Day on Monday, a citizens' group here will open a one-day telephone hotline Saturday for people troubled by tobacco smoke.
The antismoking group Tabakoresu will field complaints concerning tobacco smoke between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Faxes and e-mail will also be accepted.
Based on the complaints and requests, the group plans to urge the government, businesses and other organizations to take measures to improve the current situation.
