With Mother's Day approaching, The Prince Park Tower Tokyo is offering a special lunch course for guests to show their mothers some appreciation at its Western cuisine restaurant, Brise Verte, located on the 33rd floor of the hotel, through May 13.
For the Carnation Lunch, a bouquet of carnations will be set on the table. After making a toast with a glass of rose wine or cranberry juice, guests can enjoy a lunch course that includes couscous with seasonal seafood, crispy grunt, Japanese beefsteak in a foie gras and truffle sauce, and a dessert plate of items chosen by the guests, which comes with coffee.
In addition, guests can take the bouquet home.
