Regarding "The decline and fall of Japan and its sex drive": Many Western countries would be in a similar position if not for immigration. It may be time to face the fact that there are few, if any, major genetic differences among Japanese, Korean and Chinese populations.
Perhaps the answer for Japan is to selectively invite thousands of Korean and Chinese young people to help build Japan's future. It might be a different future from the one that a Japanese-only population would have built, but it's better than no future at all.
