Actress Yoko Minamida, known for starring in the 1956 film “Taiyo no Kisetsu” (“Season of the Sun”) and various other movies and television dramas, died Wednesday in Tokyo, sources close to her family said. She was 76.
Minamida had dementia and had been hospitalized since Saturday due to a subarachnoid hemorrhage.
