Hitachi Chemical Co. said Tuesday its Chinese subsidiary in Jiangsu Province has built a new factory to make photosensitive dry films for printed wiring boards.
The factory, set up by Hitachi Chemical (Suzhou) Co. in the city of Suzhou, has an annual capacity of 50 million sq. meters of film, which is used in a range of electronic gadgets, including computers and mobile phones.
