Britain's Harrods Department Store Co. said it will launch Indian and Sri Lankan green tea through its outlets in Japan next Tuesday.
Four types of Exclusive Green Tea will sell for 3,150 yen to 3,465 yen per 100 grams, it said.
The green tea tastes closer to red tea rather than Japanese tea, Harrods said.
Green tea has become popular in Britain, thanks to its healthy image, it said.
Harrods has outlets at major Japanese department stores.
