A new training center for international volunteer workers will be officially opened today in the town of Tetta, Okayama Prefecture, operators said Friday.

The school will be run by a group affiliated with the Association of Medical Doctors in Asia, a nongovernmental organization based here. It will train personnel in emergency relief operations with AMDA’s in-house medical doctors and volunteers serving as instructors.
