Kashata was taken in as a stray a little over a year ago. Adjusting to the huge change in his world was difficult for him. He was very nervous and remained on high alert for quite some time.

Thankfully, he has calmed down a great deal and accepted his new living situation — a much smaller environment than he was used to but full of familiar faces and offering a sense of security.

Believed to be about 3 years old, Kashata is still a bit shy. He meows in a sweet voice when he wants your attention, or he’ll otherwise follow you around and rub up against your legs. Yummy treats will most assuredly also win you a special place in his heart.

Gentle and affectionate, Kashata is believed to be around 3 years old and has finally gotten used to his new environment.

The gentle Kashata would most likely fit in well in a household that already has a feline companion. A buddy might help ease his lonely heart and give him the attention and warmth he craves.
