Yahoo Japan Corp. has agreed to acquire Ikyu Corp. for as much as ¥100.2 billion, using its biggest-ever deal to bolster its online travel business.

The ¥3,433-a-share offer is 42 percent more than Tuesday’s closing price, Yahoo Japan said in a statement. A tender offer for Ikyu shares will be made from Wednesday until Feb. 3, it said.
