Hand-held e-book readers that allow users to download text from the Internet will hit the market soon.
Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. may debut its e-book Sigma Book as soon as this month.
The product, which displays pages of books downloaded from the Net, can be folded shut like a regular book, the company said. Sony Corp. plans to release a similar product in May.
