Right On Co. said Monday that some imported brand-name clothes sold at its outlets were allegedly fakes and that it has decided to recall them until Dec. 25.

The casual-wear retailer said the recall involves shirts, sweaters, chino pants and chino jackets sold under the Ralph Lauren brand since November 1997.

It said it will offer refunds to customers who return the goods to the outlets where they bought them.

Earlier, Jusco Co. and Daiei Inc. announced recalls of imported items, including goods sold under the brands Ralph Lauren, Nike, Puma and Ellesse after discovering some of them were fakes.
