From March 1 to June 30, the Hyatt Regency Tokyo will offer an Anniversary Beauty Spa Package to commemorate the fifth anniversary of its Joule Spa & Wellness.
The package combines a 60-minute spa treatment with lunch at the hotel’s two-Michelin-star French restaurant Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros, which will also be celebrating its fifth anniversary this September.
The spa treatment includes a foot bath, back treatment and eye care treatment using essential oils derived from flowers that bloom in spring. Joule’s spa is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The lunch course is made of seasonal dishes created by Lionel Beccat, executive chef and director of Cuisine[s] Michel Troisgros. Lunch is available from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. (closed Wednesdays).
The package costs ¥25,000 (including tax and service charge) and allows one to enjoy the spa treatment and lunch on the same day or to come back for lunch any day within two weeks of the treatment.

Spring flavors in Yokohama
From March 16 through April 15, the Pan Pacific Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu will offer a special spring dinner course, menu de printemps, at its French restaurant Queen Alice.
Featuring an abundance of fresh seasonal ingredients, the course offers the following light dishes: a plate of cold appetizers; a warm appetizer; a consomme made from Japanese oxtail; a mille-feuille of red sea bream and vegetables with herb sauteed whelk and lobster; grilled Japanese beef fillet; dessert; and coffee or tea.
The dinner course is available from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and for two seatings, from 5:30 p.m. or 8:30 p.m., on weekends and holidays. The course costs ¥10,500 per person, including tax but excluding service charge.

Hakone hot springs for women
The Odakyu Hakone Okuyumoto Hotel Hatsuhana in Kanagawa Prefecture is offering a special accommodation package for women through March 31.
The package is available from Mondays to Thursdays and includes a one-night stay in a Japanese-style room, breakfast, a seasonal Japanese dinner course and the use of the hotel’s seven hot springs. Guests are presented with a ladies’ care set composed of the hotel’s original lotion, face mask, foot scrub and foot cream.
Located in a tranquil valley of Hakone, the hotel provides refined service with the comfort of a traditional Japanese inn. The hot springs on the premises include open-air baths arranged in the style of a Japanese garden. Yamazakura, a special spa for women, is available in addition to the regular large pools.
The package rates are ¥19,150 per person for four women staying together, ¥24,150 per person for two women staying together.
