Skies of blue: a Great Pyrenees named Cosette
This fluffy white beauty is a Great Pyrenees, a gentle breed that is something of a giant when full-grown. Cosette is just over a year old and already 30 kg despite a tragic start. She had been abandoned, left to die along with other dogs in a Tokyo apartment. Filthy, her body wasted when found, she was one of the survivors and is making incredible progress, her body and fur filling out. Still not completely sure how to play, Cosette is learning quickly. She has discovered that a nudge of a hand will bring attention and that mundane towels and blankets can transform into exciting toys. And, just having someone near brightens her day. Cosette is excited to learn about all she'd been missing. We're hoping she can find that special person to show her what a wonderful world it can be.
