Rank-and-file wrestler Hokutofuji completed an ozeki sweep by upsetting Kirishima at the Autumn Grand Sumo Tournament on Tuesday.

Having racked up wins against Takakeisho and new ozeki Hoshoryu, No. 1 maegashira Hokutofuji (3-0) gave another impressive performance as he took care of the remaining wrestler at sumo's second-highest rank on Day 3 at Ryogoku Kokugikan.

With the pair jostling back and forth in a frenetic battle, Kirishima wrenched Hokutofuji off balance before the 31-year-old former komusubi regained his footing and forced the demotion-threatened kadoban ozeki over the straw.
