Defending champion Keegan Bradley and previous winner Hideki Matsuyama are set to play the Zozo Championship, Japan's only U.S. PGA Tour event, next month, organizers said Tuesday.

Former world No. 1 golfer Adam Scott of Australia is also scheduled to come to Narashino Country Club in Inzai, Chiba Prefecture, for the Oct. 19-22 tournament.

Japan's Matsuyama claimed the title in 2021 but finished well off the pace last year as American Bradley was crowned champion.

"I vividly remember my 2021 win," Matsuyama said. "I'll prepare well and do my best to win again this year."

Last month, the organizers announced planned participation by Akshay Bhatia, Rickie Fowler, Collin Morikawa and Xander Schauffele, all from the United States, as well as Australia's Min Woo Lee.
