The Sunwolves team to take on the Stormers in Singapore on Saturday shows three changes to the side that lost 40-22 to the Western Force last weekend in Tokyo.

Coach Mark Hammett named his side Thursday shortly after it landed in Singapore.

Captain Shota Horie, who played last week's game with a perforated eardrum will start on the bench with Takeshi Kizu handed the No. 2 jersey.

Timothy Bond returns from suspension and will play in the second row with veteran Hitoshi Ono given the night off.

Atsushi Hiwasa, who was omitted from the Japan squad named by Hammett earlier in the week, will start at scrumhalf, with Yuki Yatomi returning to the bench and Kaito Shigeno handed a rest.

Inside center Harumichi Tatekawa will lead the team while Horie is on the bench.

The two sides have already met this season in Round 7 in Cape Town, with the Stormers winning 46-19.

The Stormers are currently top of the South African Group with six wins from nine games, while the Sunwolves are seventh (of eight) with a 1-8 record.
