Kento Momota won the men's singles crown at the Indonesia Open on Sunday, when he defeated Denmark's Jan Jorgensen 2-1 in the final.

The 20-year-old Momota, who is ranked ninth in the world, came from behind to beat the second-ranked Jorgensen 16-21, 21-19, 21-7 in the event in Jakarta and earn his second win on the Badminton World Federation World Super Series.

Yui Hashimoto, ranked 35th in the world, lost in the women's singles final to world No. 6 Ratchanok Intanon of Thailand by a score of 21-11, 21-10.
