PARK CITY, UTAH – Ayana Onozuka claimed her first championship on the World Cup circuit after winning a women’s freestyle halfpipe competition in Park City, Utah, on Saturday.
Onozuka scored 83.60 points in the final for the top podium spot ahead of Germany’s Sabrina Cakmakli (79.80) and Janina Kuzma of New Zealand (74.40), who finished second and third, respectively.
