World and Olympic men’s champion Yuzuru Hanyu will probably skate at this week’s NHK Trophy, his coach, Brian Orser indicated on Tuesday.

Hanyu suffered a contusion on his left thigh on Nov. 8 when he was bloodied in a collision with China’s Han Yan during a warm-up skate at the Cup of China. Hanyu, who returned to Japan the following day, was expected to miss two to three weeks due to his injuries.
