HUMBLE, TEXAS – Ryo Ishikawa put together a 1-under-par 71 in the final round of the Houston Open Sunday, but it was not enough as he finished in a share of 31st at 3-under 285, meaning he will miss playing in his sixth consecutive Masters Tournament.
Ishikawa, 22, needed to win the Houston Open as a condition to play in this year’s Masters starting Thursday at Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia.
