OSAKA (Kyodo) Orix Buffaloes slugger Alex Cabrera was diagnosed with a broken little toe in his right foot at an Osaka hospital Thursday and will need about two months to fully recover.
Cabrera was hit by a foul ball off the bat of teammate Mitsutaka Goto while on third base as a runner in Thursday night's game against the Saitama Seibu Lions.
