Ryuji Idenoue, 35, and his wife Moyuka bought a condo late last year in a building under construction in Kokubunji, western Tokyo, that plays up the fact that there is greenery on-site.
“On top of the fact that it is located near the station, which makes it an easy commute, I also liked the fact that the property has plenty of nature,” Idenoue said. “I can safely take a walk with my 2-year-old child. It’s a perfect environment for raising a child.”
