SAITAMA (Kyodo) Prosecutors have arrested the president and a former senior official of a Tokyo-based consultancy on suspicion of helping a businessman evade taxes on income from real estate sales, prosecutors said Friday.

The two were identified as Hiroyuki Yagi, 50, president of Central Research Institute Inc. and author of a series of popular business books, and Koichiro Morita, 54, former managing director of the consultancy.

Yagi is known for his best-selling book series titled "Karita Kane wa Kaesuna!" ("Never Pay Back the Money You Borrowed!"), with circulation topping 500,000.
