OSAKA (Kyodo) An investment fund affiliated with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. said Friday it has successfully concluded a tender offer to acquire shares in USJ Co., the operator of the Universal Studios Japan theme park in Osaka Prefecture.

The investment fund will purchase all of the around 2.19 million shares tendered, including share warrants, or about 98 percent of all outstanding shares, for about ¥108.67 billion.
