KOBE (Kyodo) Police have arrested a British teacher at Kwansei Gakuin University in Hyogo Prefecture on suspicion of possessing stimulants, police officials said Thursday.
Kevin Lucas, 32, is suspected of carrying 0.8 gram of amphetamines on the night of Dec. 14, they said.
The police are also investigating him on suspicion of marijuana possession, as he was allegedly also carrying 1 gram of marijuana at the time, they said.
