The Tokyo District Court rejected prosecution complaints Friday against its decision to free former Livedoor Co. Chief Financial Officer Ryoji Miyauchi and former Operating Officer Osanari Nakamura on bail.

Miyauchi and Nakamura were freed later Friday.

The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office filed the complaints Thursday immediately after the court granted a request to release Miyauchi and Nakamura, both 38.

The two are accused of playing roles in the alleged fabrication of financial results for Livedoor and Livedoor arm Livedoor Marketing Co.

Nakamura used to be Livedoor Finance Co. president.

The court turned down a request Thursday to release former Livedoor Co. President Takafumi Horie.
