The U.S. Embassy in Tokyo will open a book of condolence for the victims of Hurricane Katrina that the public will be able to sign for three days beginning Wednesday.
The book will be open for signing at the embassy between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Wednesday through Friday, it said Tuesday. The address of the embassy is 1-10-5 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
