High school students hooked on stock-trading games in class are still a rarity in Japan -- for better or worse.
Better because many parents would likely hate to see their kids learning what they think is a risky practice. Worse because the situation symbolizes the poor investment knowledge of the general public, compared with Americans.
Toyoharu Tsutsui must believe the latter.
