HONG KONG – Sony Corp. President Nobuyuki Idei, whose company received close to 17,000 “ILOVEYOU” e-mail messages, said Friday in Hong Kong that he personally received about 10 of the virus-loaded missives.
“I had a lot of temptation to open them myself,” Sony’s chief executive joked at a lunch organized by the Asia Society and the Hong Kong-Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry. “It let me realize many people love Sony Corporation.”
