He could have played in the National Football League. He was big enough and good enough, but he decided to go with a long-term career. But at night, once he tucks his sons in bed, he plays quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, or the Seattle Seahawks, or the Dallas Cowboys.
When Nathan says he likes video games, he means he likes American football simulations. And when he says he likes football games, he means "Madden NFL."
