Q1: What was your first encounter with Japan?
In 2015, I came for a business trip for two weeks. Our client prepared so much entertainment and tours, we felt like we were at home. It was impossible to see everything, but we saw enough to fall in love with Japan.
Q2: Please state your motto in life and why you have chosen it.
Make a good plan before doing anything, short term and long term. Act quickly for the short term. Don't wait for everything to be perfect. Action is important, and confidence will come along the way. Always have a vision and go for it.
Q3 : Over your career, what achievement are you the proudest of?
I am proudest for building a self-sustainable team, a team that is my big family. We’ve created a company where everyone can contribute in any section of the organization. The team has grown to 50 plus members in several years, we started from nothing.
Q4 : What are your goals during your time in Japan, your current position or in life?
To create a dual life between Macedonia and Japan. Both countries have a lot to offer and are opposite cultures, which makes it fun to experience. My main goal is to create a business relationship and close the business gap between these two countries.
Q5 : What wisdom, advice or tips can you give to people living and working in Japan?
Just enjoy the time. It’s one of the most peaceful countries in the world. It feels and looks like everyone is busy in Japan and there is no time, but I experienced the opposite. Everyone knows how to spend some quality time in and out of the office, in and out of the house, as well as in and out of the busy life.
