Urawa Reds said Wednesday they have handed down home-game bans to two supporters for unruly behavior after the team's 4-2 loss away to Sanfrecce Hiroshima on Saturday.

One supporter was banned for four games for throwing water at Reds players after the match, while another was issued a three-game ban for lobbing a plastic bottle from the stands.

Both fans will be unable to attend away games while serving their bans.

Saturday's defeat eliminated Reds from the first-stage title race.
