Mitsubishi Electric Corp. said Tuesday that it has established its first subsidiary in Turkey to expand operations there in view of the rapid economic growth of the country and also to boost activities in neighboring areas.
Mitsubishi Electric Turkey A.S., based in Istanbul and capitalized at 2.26 million Turkish lira, or about ¥100 million, will conduct market research, set up a sales network and engage in infrastructure-related business.
