Panasonic Corp. is in talks to sell its health care business for up to ¥100 billion to raise badly needed funds for its eroded financial base, industry sources said.
The struggling electronics maker has been negotiating the sale of the business, including its electronic medical chart system and blood-sugar monitoring devices, with domestic and overseas companies and investment funds, the sources said Saturday.
