Professor Mohd Yazid Bajuri, an orthopedic surgeon and director of MyB Innovation, is widely recognized for his extensive expertise in medical breakthroughs. His work in limb reconstructions and amputations as an orthopedic surgeon inspired the vision behind MyB Innovation. He saw firsthand the physical, emotional and social challenges faced by patients who rely on prosthetics.
“My goal was to create prosthetic solutions that go beyond basic functionality to truly improve patients’ quality of life,” he explained. This vision shaped the company’s growth by combining advanced technology with a patient-centered approach to prosthetics. “Our close collaboration with medical professionals has allowed us to push the boundaries of prosthetic technology,” he added.

At the Osaka Expo, MyB Innovation gained international exposure and collaborated with health care experts and innovators worldwide.
“Engaging with global partners has broadened our perspective and reinforced the importance of mobility and inclusion,” Bajuri shared.
