■ Program Highlights
Opening Remarks
Kengo Suzuki, CEO of Space Seed Holdings, opened the forum by outlining its purpose and background. He shared a vision of integrating three core technologies—fermentation, longevity, and algae—to address health challenges both on Earth and in future space environments.

Presentations

“Business Vision of Space Seed Holdings”
Speaker: Kengo Suzuki (CEO, Space Seed Holdings Inc.)
Mr. Suzuki presented an overview of the company, established in 2024 as a space-related startup. He introduced a wide range of projects, including the development of closed-loop ecological systems using microbes and plants, modernization of fermentation industries, bio-education initiatives for space, and challenges in competitions such as the XPRIZE.

“Regenesome’s Approach to Longevity and Aging Control Technologies”
Speaker: Zentaro Sakuma (CEO, Regenesome Inc.)
Mr. Sakuma introduced Regenesome, a biotech startup launched from the University of Tokyo in 2024. He discussed their development of supplements, cosmetics, and functional foods using exosomes, as well as anti-aging technology tailored for space environments. He also introduced advanced research on SAKESOME—a fusion of sake and exosomes—as a cutting-edge innovation bridging Earth and space.

“The Future Unlocked by Japanese Deep-Tech Engineering”
Speaker: Ryuto Fukuda (ASEAN Fund Manager, Space Seed Holdings Inc.)
Mr. Fukuda introduced Space Plots, a drone-based inspection system using augmented reality, and a next-generation Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) device. Space Plots reduces image analysis time by more than 40%, enabling non-experts to participate in inspections of complex structures. He also presented a vision for smart infrastructure inspections in urban areas, powered by a patented algorithm.

Tasting & Networking Session: “Kanpai Singapore”
A sake tasting event hosted by Tsunan Sake Brewery (Niigata Prefecture) featured premium sake brewed in Japan’s snow-rich region. During the toast, CEO Kengo Suzuki shared his thoughts on connecting terroir—expressed through Uonuma-grown Koshihikari rice—to a broader vision of planetary health. The session provided a lively opportunity for networking among entrepreneurs, researchers, and investors.
With participants from ASEAN startups and market stakeholders, the event fostered meaningful international dialogue and opened new paths for global collaboration.

■ Participants Included:
ASEAN-based healthtech and biotech startups
Investors focused on longevity and foodtech
Experts in food, fermentation, and beverages
Thought leaders committed to realizing planetary health
