Tsunan Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. (Location: Tsunan Town, Nakauonuma District, Niigata Prefecture, CEO: Kengo Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as “our company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Reimi Enomoto, renowned Space Caster®, as our Sake Evangelist.

Background of the Sake Evangelist Appointment

Our company, under the motto “Brew for Future – Brewing a Coexisting Future,” aims to develop its business in a manner that ensures the coexistence of regional environments and sake brewing even a century from now. Despite the global presence of Japanese sake, including products offered by our company, there remains room to increase its recognition for market formation. Thus, we decided to invite a Sake Evangelist who can appropriately spread awareness of our philosophy.

A Sake Evangelist, as defined by our company, is an individual who understands our philosophy and excels in a specific field recognized by us. Through their cooperation, we aim to globally expand the recognition of Japanese sake, centered around our “Brew for Future” concept. We are excited to have Ms. Enomoto, widely known as a Space Caster®, join us as our Sake Evangelist. Her background in biosciences and experience in implementing numerous projects are expected to significantly contribute to increasing both domestic and international awareness and penetration of our vision. Her expertise from previous space-related projects will also provide valuable insights into our business plans.
